Hiawatha version: 8.6
Operating System: CentOS 6.3
PHP: 5.4

Error:
date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected the timezone 'UTC' for now, but please set date.timezone to select your timezone. in /var/www/monitor/public/libraries/error.php on line 71.

Time Zone has been set with tzdata
or what is meant here? can´t find any config.

Another problem is that only works every second after the login and click on a menu you fly out again.

Solutions?

The best thing you can do is set the date.timezone setting in the php.ini file.
