thanks for the new version, it works great!
I was just wondering what was the purpose of the new directory organization (bin changed to program).
I had to do quite a few adaptations on my side to make the windows service on again.
Would be nice if it could be stabilized or if we had a bit of early warning.

Then absolutely not a complain, if you need to change it again do it, but just for you to be aware that it can break a few things on the windows user side.

by the way I was already running Hiawatha fine from a directory outside Program Files, nothing prevented me from doing so in previous versions neither.

The directory name 'bin' means a lot to Unix people, but probably nothing to Windows people. So, to make the Windows package less Unix-ish, I gave it a more clear name.

hiawatha updates automatically on my machine and the service did not run with the new version as it changed location.
anyway it took 2 minutes to fix once i understood you had changed the name,
