Caching feature

Hiawatha should have a caching feature, where when a person requests some content, Hiawatha stores this in the RAM, then when another person requests the same content as the previous person, it is served from the RAM, so it means faster content serving. The cache feature could check the Original content every 1 minute to see if there is any changes, and if there is, then it will delete the old file from the RAM and replace it with the new file. The Cache could be deleted from the RAM every 24 hours. If no RAM is available then the cache will not cache any different new files.
