non parse cgi's and write log's to pipe

Hello,

first, thanks for this wonderfull webserver! Why hiawatha not support non parse cgi's (nph-file.cgi) ? And, why hiawatha can't write the logfiles to a pipe? (to rotate the files with cronolog)

Hiawatha version: 6.17.1
Operating System: Debian on amd64

NPH is not something official. It's an apache hack and Hiawatha ain't apache.

Write logs to a pipe.... I'll take a loot at it. No promise yet.
