I just compiled Hiawatha v 6.0 which ran fine until I tried to use fastcgi.

Both, when ConnectTo (in httpd.conf) is "= 127.0.0.1 2005" and "= 127.0.0.1:2005" (like in the online howto) I get a syntax error.

Looking at the source I learned that there must not be any whitespace between the '=' and the value. Trying "ConnectTo =127.0.0.1 2005" works fine.

Rather than having frustrated users and inconsistent docs I suppose it might be attractive and according to the authors intention to slightly change the code in serverconfig.c so as to ignore any whitespace between the '=' and the first char of the value.

Problem solved: confusing issue in the Hiawatha configuration.
Will be fixed in 6.1
