Operating System: Ubuntu Server 10.04 LTS

How to create a .hiathawa file with the similar function of .htaccess?

Such configuration cannot be done within a .hiawatha file. You have to create an URL toolkit rule to do that, which can only be placed in hiawatha.conf.
